Meet your local tech person
Hi, I’m Malik. I’m based in Boxmoor and work in IT user support and device provisioning, helping people get their phones, accounts and equipment ready to use.
I enjoy the troubleshooting, but I also enjoy the moment when something finally makes sense. My approach is simple: listen, explain clearly and work through things at a comfortable pace.
Keep it simple
A short description of the problem and the device you’re using is enough to get the conversation started.
We’d discuss what’s possible, the likely time and the price, then arrange a suitable visit or remote session.
Patient, practical support, with an explanation of what we’ve done and useful next steps to keep.
Good questions
You don’t need to know what’s wrong. Just tell me what you’re trying to do.
Absolutely. The aim is to make things clearer, at your pace. You can ask about the basics, practise something more than once or book a lesson around the things you actually want to do.
This service is focused on setup, software troubleshooting and teaching. Physical phone repairs, electrical work and specialist data recovery would need a suitable repair specialist.
You should enter your own passwords and security codes, and stay in control of your accounts. Please don’t put passwords, PINs, payment details or security codes in an enquiry.
We’d agree the scope and time before starting. If more time, parts or specialist help were needed, we’d discuss the options and cost before going further. A fix can’t be guaranteed for every issue.
Yes, you can prepare an enquiry on their behalf. They would need to agree to the support and be available to give access to their own device and accounts.
This is a website preview, and bookings aren’t open yet. The form below helps you prepare an enquiry to copy or download. It does not send a message, take payment or confirm a booking.
Let’s start with your question
A few details will help work out the right support. Choose a service, tell me a little about the device and prepare your enquiry.
